Extreamly Poor Customer Service - cvs pharmacy

My experience today was nothing short of a disaster. A Pharmacy employee by the name of Michelle Bonn was extreamly rude, belligerent, disrespectful, and unprofessional to say the least. A simple trip to the pharmacy drive through turned out to be a very hostile experience. I went to pick up medication for my daughters surgery of which was not in the system. I contacted my Dr. while at the cvs window to confirm that the prescription was in fact called in, but while confirming with my Dr. over the phone, the pharmacy employee called the police on me because I wouldn't drive away to talk to my dr. Might I mention, I offered to drive away if anyone was waiting behind me in an effort to not delay other customers. However, there were no other cars waiting. I am very upset about this experience! I've been a loyal customer to CVS for many years and have spent thousands of dollars. This was the absolute worst visit to CVS I've ever experienced! Furthermore, I was spoken to like a child, yelled at in front of my children, CVS employee, and uttetly humiliated. I went inside the store to address my concerns with the Pharmacy Supervisor, Mike Kennedy. Mike was just arriving to the pharmacy and did not take time to speak with me. Instead he stood by and allowed Michelle Bonn to continue disrespecting me in front of customers. Shortly following, I was approached by 3 police officers and questioned. UNBELIEVABLE! Thankfully, the officers were respectful and professional. After I explained what happened, they simply told me to have a good day and left the store as I continued to wait for my prescription.

Due to the delay this unfortunate visit to CVS caused, my daughter arrived late to surgery of which had to be postponed.

I am a NBA Chaplain, Professional, and Executive Pastor.

I pray that Michelle Bonn is not treating other customers this way and getting away with it. Customers should be treated respectfully and handled properly. I did not threaten anything be with my presence nor did I my actions warrant calling the police.

I am appalled and plan to escalate this matter.
