  • Extreamly Poor Customer Service



    My experience today was nothing short of a disaster. A Pharmacy employee by the name of Michelle Bonn was extreamly rude, belligerent, disrespectful, and unprofessional to say the least.     The new pharmacist at the W. Lacey store in Hanford, CA should be fitted with a swastika armband rather than a white lab coat. This modern-day Mengele runs a background check on virtually every customer.     9100 atlantic ave Jacksonville, FL. PHARMACY DOESNT ACCEPT PHONE PAYMENTS!! I'm trying to pay for my retired mother's prescriptions from NJ and they wont accept $14.00 over the phone.     How is it that when you call on the phone you have to wait for 30 mins on hold, but when you go into the store the pharmacy team is more concerned with the phone than they are with customers actually in the store.     Im pretty sure my experience in CVS is very similar to most people's point of view also. Most Cvs are located in bad areas of Vegas. Not only is there a bunch of homeless people there.     the most pathetic staff anywhere they tell you prescriptions will be ready in a few hours and that they will call. Well they never called. I had to go up there myself to get it all straightened out.     Ordered several items through CVS online and were scheduled to receive the items through UPS on Friday 10-17-14. Received the items today in a box that was: 1. Open 2. Damaged on all sides 3.     The CVS pharmacy on 101 Canal Street in Boston, Massachusetts treated me like a criminal when I picked up pain medication with an antibiotic after inpatient surgery.     STAY AWAY FROM CVS PHARMACY 681 RESERVOIR AVENUE!!!!!! HORRIBLE experience. Shortly after my toddler son was released from the ICU, I went to CVS to fill my prescription.     I have a complaint about my CVS pharmacy or should say Ex - pharmacy. I have been on blood pressure medication for some time. This pharmacist would Not fill my medicine because it was 3 day early my insurance will cover it 3 days early. Not only that I was completely out of them.     Horrible customer service especially in the pharmacy. You should really train your associates because the only one who is helpful and knows what she is doing is Mayra.     So the manager Manny or whatever he is was so rude! He talks disrespectfully to customers. Of all the CVS' I have been to, all have been very nice and pleasant. However, this specific store has gotten so much worse after some of the new management; especially Manny.     I normally am satisfied with CVS pharmacies ut my most recent experience has left me infuriated.     I have alot of health issues. Ovarian cancer, 2 slipped discs,2 pinched nerves, sciatica, cracked vertebrae, and a compressed disc fracture.     I have shopped at CVS for years and recently began noticing that the two locations closest to my home are very dirty. There are stains and gum all over the place.     I picked up medecines from Cvs today and found 20 pills short of the refill amount, instead of 100, i was given 80 pills!!!!!!!   • New pharmacist continues to make my life even harder



    I have used the CVS in Eagan MN on Johnny Cake Ridge rode for the last 7 months (when I moved to the area I transferred my scripts). I have a rare genetic disease called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and I take a handful of medication so when I transferred to this store I immediately introduced myself to the pharmacist (Joe) and told him we would be getting to know each other better as I have all these medications.     Went to pick up prescription for son and grand daughters after receiving a call that they were ready and not only had they mixed up prescriptions (putting one under the wrong childs name) they didn't have the medication for my son at all after verifying it was filled.     When I started use this service it was said that it take 1 hour to print my pictures. When I completed my order new message came :"you will receive a separate email when it is ready for in-store pick-up". After 3 hr nothing happened.     This CVS Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. For the sake of your own health, please do not use this pharmacy.     I had a scheduled surgery in place with my physician. Several days prior to the surgery (4 to be exact) I dropped off my prescriptions to pick up the day before my surgery.     I have United Healthcare insurance and have no choice but to use CVS pharmacies or CVS Caremark mail order. CVS 6216 Fern Creek, KY has the most unprofessional pharmacist and assistants.     I just want to complain that not all CVS staff is rude. Some of the staff do love what they do and care about the costumer. They try to work as hard as they can to get the scripts ready for every costumer. I dont think its fair to judge all employees the same just because some of the employees dont care and dont love what they do.     2 weeks in a row CVS Millersville MD has "no record" of rxs phoned in by Doctor's office. I was sitting there listening to the phone call in.     I went to cvs pharmacy on Carroll road/ Lima road in Fort Wayne Indiana to pick up my cancer medication. They were just beginning to bliss, however I was there before they did.   • CVS Outrageous Prescription Charge for Fluconazole



    On December 19, 2012 we took a prescription into CVS for Fluconazole. The tech advised us that for 60 tablets the price would be way over $200. She advised that if we took the Rx to Fry's, it would be much cheaper. Thinking the savings would be negligible, we went ahead with 30 tablets at a cost of $106.99. Requiring a refill, we had the Rx moved to the Fry's store close to our home and were absolutely mortified when we got 60 tablets January 11, 2013 for $16.     CVS in Apollo Beach Florida - We have used this store since moving to the area and the pharmacy staff recently have become unacceptable.
